Hodbarrow

 

Hodbarrow RSPB and Nature reserve is located on the Duddon Estuary - where the Iron Ore Mines used to be before they flooded.

It takes in about half of the lagoon encapsulated by the Sea Wall. There is a small beach at Hodbarrow point. Also nearby is Millom Beach and Millom Pier and Haverigg's Blue Flag Beach.
